The room was well presented and well-kept and equipped with balcony, very good beds, as example. The location was comfortable and handy, within short walking distance to a historic mosque.

The service was exceptional, no complaints whatsoever, it was just what we needed. The restaurant here was good for a great view and nice food, we both ordered savoury dishes. The staff was really helpful and attentive and solved our problems immediately.

The room had really bad views.

It had super central location close to Basilica Cistern.

Such a really great stay during winter. Small hotel with gorgeous views as a bonus. Great very central location, near main attractions in the Old Town : Gran Bazaar as well as also within easy walking distance of local shops. Also, in the Sultanahmet area.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Istanbul. It was fairly clean place, staff were very very nice and polite, and I loved my luxury room. Near to a tram station, the location was unbeatable. The property was few metres away from Istanbul downtown.

We were in an amazing location just a pleasant stroll away from a Roman monumental column. The service was incredible with parking on-site.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. The breakfast served at the rooftop restaurant was delicious and the views were stunning.

The rooms were on the small side and could have been a bit more spacious. the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was not very strong and often disconnected.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, right in the center of Sultanahmet. It was wonderful to be able to walk to all the major sites without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city, allowing for a peaceful stay.

We were told breakfast began at 7:30am, but when we went to get breakfast at 7:50am nothing was ready! We were scheduled for a city tour and were being picked up at 8:10am. So, we had to rush eating breakfast!

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay at Burckin Hotel truly memorable. We accidentally left our belongings in the room safe, but the staff promptly contacted us and returned everything intact. The exceptional service and honesty of the staff exceeded our expectations. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the Hotel and the view from the terrace is absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The size of the room is extremely small, although the rooms were very clean.
